Come on out to the end of Strohmeier Bypass, Frankfort (just 2.5 miles north of West 6th Farm on 127) The road is on the right and ends at a small turn about above the creek. NOTE: Google mislabels Strohmeier BYPASS as Owenton Rd, but the pin in this map is dead on it. Also note, that Strohmeyer Road is a mile or two north. That is NOT where you want to go.

We’ll be there with volunteer instructors and loaner boats. It's a nice big pool of water on the Elkhorn that holds a good depth even when gauge is low. Come practice your roll, try your offside, or work on basics like ferries, peel outs and eddy turns in the feature at the top of the pool.
This is a Free event. We are using a public access point of the Elkhorn Creek.

6:00pm till 8:00-ish...or 'til it gets dark or everybody's done. Last call at West 6th Farm immediately after.
